So tommorow is Election Day, that’s pretty scary because now, we’re going to either be getting a completely delusional vice president or a incompetent president, bad things. On the cheerful side, hopefully Election Day will bring democrats a 60 vote filibuster proof majority in the Senate, John McCain just barely eke out a victory, (call me delusional, it doesn’t hurt to hope) and we’ll expand our majorities in the house by double digits, good things. There are also two VERY important referendums today in California, Proposition Two and Eight. Proposition two will take a huge step to make farms in California more humane, it’s supported by everyone from Hilary Duff to PETA. Proposition Eight is brought by neoconservatives who believe that we should be under a theocracy and therefore should base our laws on the bible, they brought a hateful document that would define marriage in California as between a man and woman, in other words all progressive and unbigoted people have to be unified in making sure that resolution doesn’t pass.

Election 2008=Vote McCain/Democratic.

Wasn’t he during the primaries? And Obama didn’t win because he was so far ahead in the primaries. Two weeks before Iowa, it looked like Obama was going to lose, and he won. Two weeks before Iowa, Romney still looked like he was ahead, and Huckabee won.

So I still say, McCain ‘08, and Clinton ‘12!

Barack Obama in his newest ad, made fun of John McCain for being a Prisoner of War in Vietnam, and getting injuries there. He can’t use computers and email because of his injuries, Barack Obama has like NO respect for veterans… he can’t be president.

Just letting everyone know that whatever you might think after reading this blog. I don’t like Sarah Palin, ok when I first saw her I tried to be as fair as possible but I’ve reached the end. I just came to this conclusion yesterday, at first I really liked her, but I’m over that. I can’t support her or McCain anymore. Some of her positions are just disgusting. Sometime soon, I’ll post more on why I don’t like her… but now that I have to choose between two unchoosables, Obama or Palin, I choose none of the above. Except for the occasional post, expect this blog to stay clear of politics.

I wish it was a McCain/Biden ticket against a Obama/Palin ticket, at least then its a no brainer. Actually I still would like a Clinton/Bayh ticket.

Its sad how election ‘08 started with the best choice we could have ever had for President like Hillary Clinton, and now we all we have is two unchoosables.

Whats up Obama? Don’t like Construction Workers, evidently Obama was so focussed on keeping up with the McCains he deliberately dissed the construction worker. (In the first scene in the video)

Also why does Obama throw his rose, while the McCains carefully lay their roses down? And where’s Michelle?

A friend in the PUMA movement sent this, apparantly seriously:

We have received information from sources high in the Democratic Party that , in a total desperation move, Hillary Rodham Clinton will replace the hapless Joe Biden as V-P candidate on the Obama ticket. I will send out more information on this in several minutes. Hillary Clinton has said that Barack Obama is not qualified to be Commander-in-Chief. He hasn’t grown any more qualified presumably in the past few weeks. As the saying goes, “It took a Republican to have the Obama Dems name a woman to the ticket.”

Is it true? I don’t know.

If Obama does this, I agree,  it would show desperation.

Update: If this adds any credibility to the rumor, the MoveOn.org adds running on facebook have changed to giving away “Obama” stickers, from the “Obama/Biden” stickers. This could really be true, cheers to the second blog that posted on this!

So McCain/Palin is up by 8 against Obama/Biden. McCain has some good strategists, Obama some very bad ones. Maybe because they’re a bunch of  left wing loons they know how to win a liberal primary, but are clueless when it comes to a general election? Then lets remember that Sarah Palin seems to be a better speaker than Obama… so there goes his biggest advantage. The underdog is winning.

In the latest Zogby poll we find McCain up over Obama by five points, and in the critical area of who would be a better manager of the economy, McCain by nine. This was Obama’s race to lose, and looks like he’s starting to do that. Maybe they should’ve chose Hillary Clinton, maybe they should do it now?

The Media Research Center posted on Anderson Coopers bias against McCain. Evidently he made 9 negative references to McCain and only 4 about Obama during his lead package which lasted around 10 minutes. With a mind like that it shows why Anderson made nasty comments about Ali, and was in on the big sexist conspiracy to make Hillary lose.

Great video from the McCain campaign, this guy has great judgment; not Obama. I still don’t see why anyone would vote for Obama. He lies at every turn, and stumbles on every other clip. Teleprompter error?

After the Gallup daily tracking poll recently reported that McCain was beating Obama in the “Likely Voters” poll, we find that the Rasmussen poll is putting Senator McCain ahead.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows the race for the White House is tied with Barack Obama and John McCain each attracting 44% of the vote. However, when “leaners” are included, it’s McCain 47% and Obama 46%.

Like I said when this race started, this is the Democrats race to lose, and it looks like Obama is blowing it. Can we maybe go back and choose Hillary?

Seems people think your in hot water now, cause you lied about who you worked for? Seems like a clumsy mistake to google and find another company with the same name? oh well, I know neither the Warner or Gilmore campaigns are really up to speed yet, but this little article tells me a thing or two about Jim Gilmore, one of them being that at least his position on lying are closer to those of Obama than McCain.

The LA Times Online reports that according to a new report from Investors Business Daily journalists have given a total of $225,563 to Democrats, and $16,298 to Republicans. The Investors Business Daily also reported that 235 journalists have given to democrats, while only 20 have given to republicans. Thats pretty sorry, we need our press rooms to be bi-partisan; not weighted by better than 11:1 against the Republicans. Keep this in mind when you discuss media bias. If John McCain loses to Barack Obama its because this. Evidently there was something similar going on against Senator Clinton. Of course the LA Times is the king of media bias, or at least a top contender against NBC and NYT, I’m surprised that they would let their online people publish an article like that. But they did end it with a little biting statement for their 20 conservative colleagues:

Those same donation figures could also be used to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Republican journalists are a whole lot stingier than their liberal colleagues.

Wait a second, the figures were that 235 journalists donated 225,563 dollars to democrats, while 20 donated 16,298 to republicans. That means the average democratic journalists’ donation was approximately $960, while the average republican journalists’ donation was was approximately $815. Is that really a lot stingier? Frankly its more than the average person will give, so I guess the average person is “stingy”. Maybe its because its hard for those 20 republicans to get promoted when their outnumbered 11:2 by their liberal colleagues, so their pay checks are lower? So again LA Times tried to create a false impression that the liberal ones somehow are more passionate for their cause. At least they got right that the journalists that donate to democrats are liberal not moderate, the democrats aren’t centrist anymore.

CNN published a report interviewing a college republican that says that:

“We try to get people out to our college Republican meetings, but … we can’t seem to draw the same kind of vocal support,”

OK, interesting observations, maybe because Sen. McCain’s supporters are rational people who want to think things through, while Obama’s have become O’bots, that just repeat the party line? Anyways thats not the point; the point is that CNN identified him as “a member of the USC College Republicans organization”, problem: he is not a member of the USC College Republicans. CNN has quietly fixed the article on their website and will be interviewing a “infuriated” USC College Republican president Ben Myers who says that “I’ve never met him, heard of him, talked with him, nothing,” thats lovely CNN, why didn’t you talk with Ben, oh but wait, that would hurt your talking points you got from the Obama Campaign right? Oh and why didn’t you post this little statement from Ben on your article?

“We get a ton of people at our meetings, and a ton of really enthusiastic people, there is a lot of enthusiasm for McCain and for the conservative movement in general.”

CNN posted a pretty lame reply when the news broke, a few questions, what kind of meeting is this guy trying to get people to come to? I mean if he isn’t a member of the College Republicans group where is he trying to get people to come, is this some sort of media fabrication scandal as some bloggers have implied?

Thankfully, not quite all the media is in the tank for Obama, ABC decided to post on this, so did fox, but then even Democratic Propaganda Machine LA Times was forced to cover it.

Hillary on Barack:

“I have a lifetime of experience. Sen. McCain has a lifetime of experience. Sen. Obama has a speech that he delivered in 2002.”

He’s so American, he does all the normal American things like giving his kids Christmas Gifts, wrong. Instead he follows Islamic traditions by not giving his daughters Birthday or Christmas Gifts. Of course thats not surprising when we know that Obama was brought up as a Muslim, perhaps he wants his daughters to go as far as he has, so he’s raising them the same way? Oh and by the way, the Clintons gave Chelsea Christmas gifts. I’m pretty sure John McCain does too, (even though I can’t prove it) another area where Senator McCain and Clinton are closer, PUMA for McCain.
